Hi, I’m Natasha (she/her)! I'm a relational therapist who helps individuals, couples, and families untangle what’s going on now, get clear on where you want to be, and explore what’s holding you back.

I believe most behaviors make sense with context, even the ones that feel frustrating or confusing. So instead of judging (because that doesn’t help!), we’ll explore how those patterns may have once served a purpose, and how they might now be getting in the way of your current goals. Therapy with me is a space just for you – where you feel heard, seen, and accepted. No feelings are “too much” or not enough.

My approach is trauma-informed, HAES-aligned, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and deeply aware of the cultural and systemic forces (like fatphobia, racism, capitalism) that shape how we experience ourselves, our bodies, and each other.

I work with:

  • Individuals - especially those navigating eating disorders/disordered eating, body image struggles, dating/relationship challenges, anxiety, and challenging transitions

  • Couples and families - who want to communicate better, feel confident making big decisions and navigating transitions, explore identity or cultural differences, move through conflict, or just feel more connected again.

Whether you’re stuck in old dynamics, burnt out by anxiety, or just want to feel at peace with your relationships (with yourself, your food/body, your partner, or your family) — I’m here to be your advocate, your support, and even the person who gives you that nudge you didn’t know you needed. My therapeutic style is engaging, collaborative, and human (no blank slate therapist over here!). I show up with empathy, honesty, humor, and a good dose of curiosity — and I’ll walk alongside you as we figure things out together.

Outside the therapy room, I love yoga (teaching + practicing), exploring new coffee shops & restaurants with my partner (always open to recommendations!), creating content on intuitive eating and eating disorder recovery, hanging by the lake with friends, catching up with family on FaceTime, and endlessly scrolling animal rescue sites dreaming about my future pup!
