Hi, I’m Natasha! I work with individuals and couples who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or stress, navigating big transitions or conversations about next steps, or trying to manage the many roles and responsibilities that come with adulthood — work, relationships, family, and everything in between.
I help clients understand the patterns that show up in their lives and relationships and learn how to navigate conflict, burnout, and difficult life stages with more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. Together, we’ll use practical tools and trauma-informed insight so you leave each session with strategies you can actually use in your day-to-day life.
My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), and I integrate my training as a yoga teacher to offer somatic tools that support nervous system regulation, anxiety management, and staying grounded during stress and conflict. My approach is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, HAES-aligned, and deeply aware of the cultural and systemic forces that shape how we experience ourselves and each other. In my work with couples, I use the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners strengthen communication and build more secure and connected relationships.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, burned out, navigating a transition, or wanting to strengthen your relationships and feel connected again, I’m here to be your advocate, your support, and sometimes the person who gives you that nudge you didn’t know you needed. My style is active, engaging, collaborative, and human (no blank slate therapist over here). I’ll walk alongside you as we figure things out together
Outside the therapy room, I love yoga (teaching + practicing), exploring new coffee shops & restaurants with my partner (always open to recommendations!), hanging by the lake with friends, catching up with family on FaceTime, and endlessly scrolling animal rescue sites dreaming about my future pup!
